New Gluten-Free Sorghum Syrup
For people with gluten intolerance, this new white sorghum syrup will allow you to brew a gluten free beer. It has a lighter flavor than malt extract, with a drier finish, and works well when supplemented with honey, buckwheat, Belgium candi sugar, spices, fruits and more. Keep in mind you will need to use dry yeast to achieve a low or no gluten beer, as liquid yeast contains gluten. (Wyeast has just introduced some VSS gluten free liquid yeast).
