Effective immediately, The Flying Barrel will raise its cost to brew on premise and make wine on premise. As you know, prices for raw materials (such as malt and hops) as well as shipping have skyrocketed this year. Our wine kits come from Canada, where our dollar has fallen to the point where it is equal to the Canadian dollars (a 50% decrease for our dollar). We have not increased our prices in over a year and have absorbed the additional cost increases. Unfortunately, in order to stay a healthy, viable company, we must pass on a portion of these costs to our customers.
