HOPS, a necessity for homebrews!….
No homebrewer or beer drinker wants to hear this one, but we are told there is a worldwide hop shortage.
Many homebrew shops are reporting they are already out of many hops. Our inventory is on the low side, but should have enough hops to get though the upcoming holiday season; both with our brew on premise and in the off sales at the shop. However, the price of hops has increased.
The hop shortage has also forced an increase in the cost of the True Brew Kits, which have not had a price increase in 4 years.
